OUR POLICIES

Hot Spotz Bengals is a proud accredited member and registered cattery of TICA and members of TIBCS and TIBCC Bengal organizations. All breeding cats and kittens are fully registered purebred pedigreed felines. All our cats in our breeding program are periodically screened for FIV/FeLV, and PK Def, HCM (at appropriate age or by parentage). All kittens/cats are sold with a legally binding contract & health warranty signed by the Breeder and new owner. Our first priority is the health and happiness of our kittens and cats, and our policies are designed to reflect that priority.

We place our cats in good loving homes only! They are all happy, healthy, socialized, pre-spoiled and unconditionally loved!

If you are interested in one of our kittens, the first step is to contact us and let us know of your interest in our Bengals. If your interest can be met, and Hot Spotz Bengals is certain you can provide a quality home for one of our Bengals, the next step is to send in a deposit with the signed purchase contract,  then followed by sending in the final balance owed two weeks before kitten is released or with cash the day of pickup. The final step is to take your new kitten home or the kitten will be shipped to your nearest major airport.  (Kittens must be paid in full and Hot Spotz Bengals must have a signed purchase contract before leaving for their new homes.)

All of our kittens are house raised and underfoot, come with a written health guarantee, socialized, weaned onto solid food, litter trained, appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and vet checked all before leaving for a new home.

Kittens are held by deposit only and deposits are non-refundable. Kittens are held on a first deposited, first reserved basis. Deposits are $300 for pet kittens and $500 for show/breeder kittens. After placing a deposit down, new photos of your kitten will be emailed to you occasionally until your Bengal is ready to go to its new home.

Deposits and/or payment for kittens can be made by Paypal, cashier's check, money order, personal check, and cash. Balance owed must be paid in full 2 weeks before the kitten is released/shipped to the new owner, or with cash the day of pickup.  NO cash refunds.

If for some reason, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide you your selected kitten after placing your down payment we will refund your deposit in full.

If you purchase one of our Bengals as a pet companion, it must be spayed/neutered by the age of six months. Registration papers that are officially designated "NOT FOR BREEDING, NOT FOR SHOWING" will be provided after receiving a veterinarian's certificate of desexing.

Kittens for showing/breeding come with full registration. Breeding and show rights will be sold strictly to established registered cattery programs.

Our kittens will be at least 10-12 weeks of age before sending them to their new home.

We prefer kittens are picked up in person as it is less stressful for them, but they can be shipped when needed. Airline charges, kennel fees, vet check/health certificate, travel to/from airport for shipping will be an additional cost of $350. We only ship in the continental U.S.

WE OFFER $100 COMPANION DISOUNT IF MORE THAN ONE KITTEN IF PURCHASED. WE LOVE TO SEE OUR BABIES BE ABLE TO STAY TOGETHER!

WE OPERATE A CLOSED CATTERY TO KEEP ILLNESS OUT.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SELLING A KITTEN/CAT PRIOR TO LEAVING OUR HOME IF WE FEEL THAT IT IS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF OUR KITTENS/CATS. WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN PLACING OUR KITTENS/CATS IN THE MOST LOVING HOMES WHERE THEY WILL RECEIVE THE LOVE AND ATTENTION THEY DESERVE- COMPANION & BREEDER. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
